#1 - practice po yan ng 27 countries na regular rate ang foreigners at discounted rate and ilang mga locals, not only in the philippines po.
# 2 - ang regular rate po is for the foreigner, regular rate means yan po ang original price nya so if you don't want the discount that the government is giving pwede po kayo mubili ng regular rates po.
