I think Obama is already spineless. Here's an example:

He gave an ultimatum to Assad that if the Syrian government use Chemical weapons against civilians, they'll be crossing his so called "redline", and he will set out punitive actions. Then weeks after, they used the weapons and Obama did nothing. He needs to act what he preaches, totally spineless.
