Death penalty is not the answer...
I am pro-death penalty. Some advantages of death penalty:
1. Will ensure no more repeat offense ( dead rapist will not rape again, for sure)
2. De-congest prisons and save government spending for food, resulting to better life for those in prison. see guys, death penalty is good for those who are in prison. =)
3. Set a very clear warning to would be criminals. Just don't do it, otherwise you will be killed for sure.
Unfortunately, death penalty is not in effect in this country so it is not an answer. For now what we can do is educate. Increase awareness of the dangers of the internet. It is a jungle out there with many flesh eating predators, children needs to be protected.
Parents be on "stalker" mode. Know who your children's friends, textmates, chatmates are. Stalk your kids like some people do with their ex or their bf...know who they are talking to, who they are going out with. Know what time they get off school and what time they should be home.
