I usually get zits during my period, if my pimple turn reddish or itchy I apply small amount of OXY and leave it overnight. it dries up the next day without leaving any marks. mostly drink plenty of water and try to sleep early. it works for me

Sa tao mana nga ga pimples. Sa ako tagsa lang ga gawas. Usahay wala dinha. Maski walay hilam.os before matulog. Or maski bilar pa kada gabie. Pwera buyag sab.
