    Share lang pud ko..naa pud ko lower back pains, kani gani dapit sa hawakan..nag start ni cya 7 years ago then nawala, and mubalik lang if wala ko tarong posture but then mawala ra after an hour or a day.Then this march 2009 lang gyd nibalik ni one time pagmata nko sakit2x na ako back, sakit i-bend forward, (BPO diay ko work so cge pud linkod, maybe na agravatd pud ni kay makadaot man pud prolong sitting, wala pud accident nga nahitabo)
    Then since 2 weeks na cga ghapon sakit2x (medyo dugay2x na naayo compare sa mga back pains nko sauna, same spot), then mu radiate ang kasakit sa may buttocks pero dli maubot sa legs, mura cya stinging pain..Then hadlokan man kau ko operation, so mura ko naparanoid, cge ko research sa net about "slip disc", "herniated disc", "Bulging disc", then last option ra daw ang operation if madala ra sa non-invasive treatment like medications and exercise..
    Nagpa X-ray ko, wala man daw slip disc, instead ang findings kay "straightened lumbar lordosis possibly due to spasm"...("POSSIBLY" daw, mura walay klaro)..naa unta ko questions guys:

    1) 100% ba gyd ma identify sa xray if naa "slip disc", "herniated disc", "Bulging disc"? or mas mau magpa MRI? i was advised man pud to have an MRI if after sa medication d ghapon mawala ang pain..

    2) if spasm kay mulast ba gyd na ug several week/s to month/s ang pain?

    3) if naa nerve na-involve, unsa ka kuyaw ang situation? mada raba ug exercise treatment? (worried man pud ko cge take ug pain relievers ug relaxants kay as much as possible mas maau unta minimize intake ug meds kay makadaot pud sa lawas.

    osa sa symptoms sa TB ra bah kay back pain... try lang pao de arco bro pampa wala man na sa pain.......

    kung di jud mawagtang adto kaha sa PT or sa chiropractor.
    kung mu-last pa jud kay pa-MRI nalang. waaaa. nahadlok nako ba.
    wala pjd ko time magpacheck-up this week.

    by the way unsa mana chiropractor?nd unsaon man ka ana dd2? magexercise2x rana? kay f need ug time gyd para therapy kay ako pana pangandaman kay lisod pud if mga 4-5 days ko maka absent sa work para mag therapy..

    mayta maau rani exercise oi kay para d nako mabalaka..

    hinuon cge pud ko fart but molast diay 2-3 weeks bisag tungod pa sa panuhot? nabalaka lang ko f naa nerve na ipit or naapektohan..april nalang tingali ko pa mRI kay busy pa kaau ko sa trabaho..

    @iskoLares = maau na bro, pa checkup gyd para sau pa mahibawan na f naunsa..
