I just did a paypal transaction earlier this week the same way I've always done it.
through an istorya member residing in the states with the nick "jinglebee"

I'm not sure if she's still active here but I chat with her every now and then on
yahoo messenger.

You deposit the amount to her dollar account in any PNB branch plus a service
fee ($3.00 or 10% whichever is higher) and you work together in making the
payment of whatever you won.

She usually gets the paypal transactions done within a day or two from the time
the amount is deposited.

I was trying to transfer money from Paypal through Xoom pagJanuary pero denied jud pirmi kay Intra-country lagi. Hahay, useless jud japon ang paypal du until maka receive ug withdraw ta!

Wa paman mu support ang Paypal ug Philippines for receiving or withdrawing funds bai. Sending ra ta pwede.

So if mu gamit ka ug paypal to sell goods in the internet.. Expect nga dili ka maka withdraw. Unless if naa ka kaila sa gawas or parente nga mahangyo nimu nga iya account imu gamiton para depositoan.. Then send lang niya nimu ang money.. Hassle and added cost gyud nuon.

Dili japon kay pangverify ra man na imo VISA. makasend ka money pero dili receive

wala jud.. i've read didto sa paypal pag verify kay e uli daw,,credit balik sa imong paypal account..pero wala man.. (must be dili puwede mgdeposit sa paypal account) then wala man pod ni reflect sa debit card ang refund..

sagdi nalng.. at least verified nako.hehehe
