Kay imported man ni ilang phones dili ni sila local. Ask them unsa ilang warranty diba tubagon ka ug, "we will shoulder the warranty". Dili pwedi sa mga local service centers.

Naa koy local unit bati kau og warranty ang samsung sa SM, daghan kaau pasikot sikot and derecho format sa phone walay proper diagnosis so goodbye personal pics and data if mag avail ka sa warranty.

Ended up purchasing a new battery since the battery is the issue and it fixed the problem.

The problem with buying online is that you cannot check the product before paying. I think naa COD ang kimstore, pero pahirapan sa returns and replacement process. Same with Lazada.
