I'm for Rizal. He brought the national consciousness of the revolutionaries of his time. Bonifacio is not even a worthy comparison.
Whatever differences Aguinaldo and Bonifacio had in their time, we'll just leave it as part of our history. One thing for sure, Bonifacio's ambitions was a stumbling block to the unity and success of the revolutionary movement.
1. Aguinaldo has won more battles for our country than Bonifacio. He was organized and used military science whereas Bonifacio used crude tactics that resulted to a less and sparse victories.
2. Aguinaldo may have the support of the majority in the movement. The least that our country needed that time was a divided filipino group against the colonizers.
It's just sad to know that animosity still exists between the offspring of both heroes until today..
