Been playing Banished for the whole Holiday season. Try this if you are a fan of City/town management games like Anno/Caesar/Settlers/Alien Nations

Tribal Wars.. classic browser based game, but takes lots of your free time as you grow bigger and bigger until you wanna quit..
game is worth the hours I spent with it. But I do miss not having combat in this kind of genre.
I enjoyed a lot of Paradox Interactive/DS's titles like Victoria, Europa Universalis, and HoI. Golem Lab's SuperPower title and BattleGoat's Supreme Ruler are worth a mention too. It's fun to play as the Philippines and become a Super Power, march my troops across Asia, establish protectorates and territories left and right, cities like Tokyo, Beijing, and Even Berlin or Paris fly the Philippine colors, have the country's GDP per capita at 50-60k, have Russia beg me to sign a peace treaty. It's great!
Don't think it's a good idea to add decisive battles to the game like other RTS. Maybe add some wild animals to fend off or the occasional hostile natives. I'd like to think of this game as the opposite of Total War, where the focus is combat and no City building.
I was over the infamy limit and the countries around my border can't make CB because of my Military score (thank you Dreadnoughts). Too bad the new naval limit give Dreadnoughts less score than before. Might play the game some time again with NNM or GSG. I also played a bit of Crusader Kings 2
Endless Legend payter Fantasy 4X Turnbased Strategy Game
I used to play o2jam a lot and got quite good in it. Now I just play the standalone offline player called o2mania. You guys should check it out if you're into rhythm games. Also check out Osu! if you like games like the DS game Elite Beat Agents, DtxMania for drum arcade and Frets on fire that can play Guitar Hero + Rockband song files
Here's me playing o2mania
