hi guys! gwapo kau sa white beach moalboal.
it was the first time jud ni try mi og freediving kuyog sa akong mga kauban sa trabaho...worth it kau ang bayad. try sab ta lain aside from scuba diving, paiba naman.
at first wla ko kasabot unsa na pero mao man na ang new trend
underwater activity sa mga westerners karon. sikat!

naay basic breathing technique before mo dive underwater nga walay tanke.
proud mi nga nakadive mi holding our breath bisag 3 mins lang (challenging kau!!!)
kuyog sa ubang langyaw niya nga mga studyante didto sa moalboal nga mga tag-as kaayog mga utong.The best jud nga experience!
