for me, white rice is never the issue, look at how the japanese (living in mountain provinces) have naturally longer lives and slimmer physiques. Its what we eat together along with rice like sodium laden and high in refined sugar foods that wrecks havoc in our hormone levels...ex. chickenjoy (sodium laden) softdrinks (high in refined sugar)...
