    for me, white rice is never the issue, look at how the japanese (living in mountain provinces) have naturally longer lives and slimmer physiques. Its what we eat together along with rice like sodium laden and high in refined sugar foods that wrecks havoc in our hormone levels...ex. chickenjoy (sodium laden) softdrinks (high in refined sugar)...

    luckily, am not a rice eater cus i am more of a bread eater specifically whole wheat. eat plenty of fruits because fruits are complex carbs that takes longer to digest making you feel full longer and gives you lasting energy you wouldn't feel hungry instantly as opposed to simple carbs that are digested quickly in the body which leaves you feeling hungry and crave for more sugar shortly after you've just eaten.

    according sa dietician ni regine velasquez, white rice is okay pero choose to eat the cold one (bahaw) but not the one from the day before, murag buntag gi lung ag then bugnaw na inig ka udto kay fewer ang caloric content considering nga nag crystalize na kay bugnaw na daw. rice is not the only culprit to wait gain, you have to look at other factors too but basically it boils to caloric intake vs calories burn. you can eat ice cream and cake everyday without gaining weight as long as its with in your caloric need, just that its not healthy. kung ang goal nimo ts is for weight loss, then you have to first look into your caloric need

    ^^iya2 mana boss gud. we all have a choice. yes, it brings too much joy and a sense of comfort to eat what you want as much as you want but then it hurts people's confidence once ma overweight ka, worse is kung obese ka. no offense sa mga ingon ani but i know for a fact nga mas confident ang taw nga fit. mao ra gud nay gi ingon, no pain no gain. gawas pa, sa kadaghan sakit mo arise because of being overweight, its just right to take care of ourselves so we wont be a burden for others if we get sick esp kung nasakit ta tungod kay abusado tas atong lawas. this is why, beauty and wellness products make millions in business kay mga taw will always worry about how they look, inside and out

    MAIS!!! btaw TS nindot ni nga substitute kay bug.at ug busog unya less ang sugar i compare sa homay, mao baya nang ingon sa katiguwangan nga ang hingaon ug mais kay solid kayg kumo! kabantay kang pacquiao?
