Everyone has abs. If you aren't seeing your muscles is because you have to much fast covering it up. Since you can't target fast loss at a specific body part, all you can do is burn more calories than you consume. Doing this while also retaining I muscle is key. You don't want to lose weight but lose most of it in muscle.
exercise, proper diet and fit n right. drinking that bev worked well for me.
gusto unta ko magka abs pero lami man jud ikaon og fries,burger,sundae,etc..haha..i cant help it.
