grabe, we should be more optimistic of long term trade relations with china than keep on thinking about being fired at. if we think that way, china may give us what we want. this thread is read all over the world. i know some chinese don't want war either.
T.S., have you looked back in history why the U.S. bothered with Kuwait? then pila ka months pa na before they responded? did you really think shouting for "help!!!" means immediate U.S. laser guided missile to beijing?
did you also consider the strong ties of U.S. business environment with china? did you even noticed that china has built solid grounds in u.s. financial systems? like banks, industry stocks, etc?
ant nga lang tayo, you said it yourself. why would u.s bother with an ant when they can have long term advantage doing business with elephants. the world is not what it seems.
