This thread has racist overtones. An abusive neighbor is an abusive neighbor; why the need to emphasize the "foreigner" aspect? The law should apply to all people equally, the same as it protects Filipino tourists and OFWs in other countries from prejudice.

Comments arent referring to foreigners in general bro. We acknowledge that others are helpful and have been great employers but the focus on this thread has been those who are abusive and have been dominating filipinos. People here are just irate because they believe that as filipinos on our own land we should live a lie that we deserve and not give in to these kinds of people. ang pwede jud ninyo maka complaint is public disturbance then file a compaint sa ilaha embassy...

Just my opinion, bro. Being over-sensitive or reklamador is neither a crime nor abuse. I don't think a foreigner will just blow his top for no reason. Have you asked yourself whether the noise level from your activities might have disturbed his sleep. What if naa silay baby (kay kadghanan ra ba sa mga foreigner nga naa dinhi kay nakaminyo ug pinay) and your karaoke sessions made them lose sleep? Kinsa may dili masuko ana?

Being rekalamador is not a crime. In fact, mas maayo gani kung daghan reklamador, aron naay corrective measures. Kay kung walay magreklamo, abi pa lang walay problema. So, kinsay alkanse ana? That's why we often hear it said that a lot of Cebuanos would rather suffer in silence. That's the problem with our culture. We view complaint from a person as worse than the abuse inflicted upon a person.

Bro, for this year alone kaduha na cya gireklamo sa baranggay..but outside ana naa pa jud lain arguments nahitabo...Alos I wouldnt be posting here if naa jud pud koy sala. as I have said 11-14 percent sa volume...sa sala bro, barely nako madungog if naa ko sulod sa CR which is about 6meters from the tv and dli na jud nako madungog if naa ko sa kwarto about 5meters...i dont think that is excessive noise man cgro...it would be so disappointing if dli ta kalihok ug tarong sa ato apartment dba?
