ang negosyo, di always naa sa taas. naa jud na siya'y ups and downs in a given time frame. Since you are still going to start the business, lisod jud ang sugod ana. murag lisod mangita og financier nga tagaan og 7-10% sa profit sa business.
if negosiyante'g pang huna2x, makathink hinuon siya'g on his own, mas dako pa iya profit.

let's say as,
financier:
- money invested 50K (let's say 10k/month ang rent pra mas dali calculate; 2months advance; 2 months sec deposit and current rental so 5 months spot cash out)
- profit of business owner= 10k-30k
- profit share of financier= 7-10% of business profit= (7%)700-2100 to (10%)1000-3000 only.

whereas if magstart siya og iya,
- 100% of the business profit ma iyaha.
or given nga 7-10% rajud iya ma earn sa 50k of investment, he'll get 3500 to 5000. (passive income)

if invested on consumables and other stuffs,
20 to 100% ang patong sa uban. naa gani uban nga labaw pa sa 100%. depende lang sa diskarte, location(optional), what type of products, ang supplier, target market and prices of competitors.
