    P21.6M vs 17M
Mas dako ila nacollect from parking fees than passenger entrance fee

Assume same passenger and bus volume
    Collection from the previous method: P21.6M + P17M = P38.6M
    Bus: P100
    Passenger: P5

    Collection with the new method : P21.6M x 2 = P43.2M
    Bus: P200(double from the original)

    43.2M vs 38.6M
With the new collection policy mas dako ila makuha.

lol. the operators will never take the burden. ila gihapon na ipasa sa pasahero. just wait and see musaka na exponentially ang pamilete.
