most of them didnt actually hacked the site but they just D-DOS the target site, thou some had been defaced... i know some of their tools i used sa ethical hacking so i could fix the problem before they find it...

The emergence of hacktivism in the Philippines has been since 2000. Before it was just for fame or bragging rights. But years gone by it became a form of expression and awareness to the government or whoever their targets with regards to political issues or beefing up their security. And what's they are doing now.
They are skilled. They can do what they want. They are legion.
if you guys understand the layers of attack you will find out that this so called hacktivist are just merely a noobs compared to th3j3st3r... most of the victim sites are easy to ddos..
