i think if u can provide all requirements needed like naa ba ka university acceptance notice already that they are ready to take u in for the program/course you specified to take. another if ur sponsors will prove their capacity to pay for everything for u. who knows u might have a chance!

take note, 20k dollars in a university program is not enough sa usa ka semester here sa US. i have a cousin who is taking a course at John's Hopkins University ky tag 3k dollars ang per unit sa subject. unya naa sya mga tag 3-4 units na subjects. na sa-on nalang ug nag student loan sya d pa gyud gihapon kaabot. ga work man sya at same time so loan pod sya sa iya credit union...

u will definitely be lucky if provided ka tanan sa imo uncle labi na grabe ang recession karon sa USA.

When they called me in window 12 they told me to come back after 1 pm. I came back and 45 minutes later they called my name in window 1 but i didnt know where window 1 is.. after few minutes they called me again and told me to go to the guard.. gave me a red I.D. thats says "escort needed" then they took me to the FRAUD DEPARTMENT then this guy interview me and kept asking me if im gona work there as a nurse coz he says im not qualified to work on that position and he thinks im gona work there as a nurse. Hours after that interview he documented and printed it then told me to sign it then told me that the consul will have their decision, and told me to go home and wait for the consuls decision.
m kinda confuse sa imo situation. so ur employer's petition for u is for a different position (non RN), sakto ba? now do u have what it takes to prove that u are capable of performing the duties and responsibilities of the stipulated position? like, will u able to prove that u have the experience to support the position needed? if u dont, and during the interview they where able to "psychologize" or detect some inconsistencies of ur answers, gesture or behavior the least then that myt be the reason why they thought of u committing perjury in US laws. that is why they r suspecting that u will work here in ur BSN degree.

surely, the embassy will contact ur employer's immigrant lawyer and it's all up to them to do some justification on the damage they have done in the first place. but definitely u r aware of this too...so u r responsible of it as well. i am just hoping that u wont be BANNED or placed on US BLACK LIST that u wont be able to come for 10-15yrs unless contested via legal ways.

gud luck and i pray for the best for u!

i had once an interview with austrian consul. its not how you answer the question..its the papers youre holding to pass on to them..its says all. like insurance,, bank statements, properties, you must prove to them that you are capable of staying in their country in a span of time.....and must prove to them that you have a strong reason for coming back in your origin which is your homeland.if youre sponsored by your relatives,, see to it that they pass all the necessary docs, lacking would be cause of your denial..... btw this works because i got the visa and was once a tourist in europe for a month

    1.Bring all your pertinent documents.
    2. Relax and give credible answers
    3. Pray that the consul who will interview you is in a good mood.
    Good luck !

i dont really know the whole process for filing the application but u can try to surf at this website...USCIS Home Page

look for the forms and read the instructional brochure for student visa/entry. tell ur aunt the requirements that they need to fill for themselves. or guide ur uncle to this site and for sure, he knows this already. i dont think u can be petitioned as immediate family because u r not a direct blood line of ur aunt. for immediate family status it is only for parent to child or vice versa.
