I think its a centralized Federal form of Government. They elect a President and its shares power with a Prime Minister.

More billionaires? I dont know the reason but in the last 10 years Russia's income came from oil/gas surpassing Saudi Arabia.

on these recent developments (not really recent because this has long been obvious), philippines might want to sever ANY ties on ANY countries in an effort to save one's self as we're within a "push-of-a-button" distance....
