    - gross monthly income 10K for bdo and hsbc metro cebu resident; 14k for hsbc all other areas resident
    - have any 2 of the following: residence phone, office phone, cell phone.

    interest rate formula:

    [(loan amount * interest * term) + (loan amount)] / term

    for example for a loan amount of 100k and payment term of, say, 24 months Chinatrust 1.49% interest

    [(100k * 0.0149 * 24) + 200k] / 24 = 9823.33 per month for 24 months

    banks available:
    Standard Chartered, PSBank, HSBC, RCBC, Planters Bank, Chinatrust, and BDO

    Pricing: 5k per installation sa ako lending program for small lending, pero if COOP or bigger establishments kay 20k ako baligya.
    Ang small time kanang dili mo lapas ug 70,000 ang income sa interest every month. Kung coop usually 100k+ na ilang income.

    If naa ipa-add sa program. Report or additional modules kay additional charge. I believe all you need is here na, bcoz, i am also using it.

    Lisod gyud kaayo ang lending business, One of our business kay lending gyud, the company start way back 1983 with a capital of P/ 150K, first year no income at all, 2nd years lost almost half of the capital, still continue because my brother believe on what he is doing and add more capital. 21/2 year start gaining 20%, then double each year and invest more. Even now we still learning these business.....
