    this is weird mio, i occasionally drink alcohols, i dont smoke, i loose already from 68kgs to 58kgs, pero dali rako hangakon, ako ma sustain sa abellana kay 2 rounds straight or 3 max, fit man guro ko, pero ngano dili ko kaabot ug 5 or 6 rounds straight, dapat naa jud one or two rounds of walk in between.. ngano kaha?

    never jog or do any hard workouts if you did not get enough sleep...

    usually mga 6 hours at least ako tulog before ko magjog man... pero i must admit usahay mga 3 hours ra ...

    I'm pushing to have a better and healthier lifestyle jud, DMD kay sa office ang mga ka batch nako for 5 years or more kay nagkasakit ug mga weird nga sakit. Mahal kaayo ang health.

    more Jog .... more pasingot ... more fruits ... no soda ...
