UNCLOS tells us to allow any foreign ship the right of passage so as long as naay consent from our military/government mao btaw na ang mga commercial nga barko mananghid pana sa customs ug sa kinsa in-charge before entering any foreign territory. China also claims Sovereignty to those islands and they are enforcing absolute control, It comes down to the PH if it can even defend its own islands. Fact is our gov. is too damn corrupt and our country too poor to even put up a proper militray force. In the end we cant do anything about it except whine and ask for help internationaly, which they also dont care about since the ph cant really offer them anything solid in return also. Yes fact is our country has gone so low from years of corruption that the international society see us as crap not worth of anything.

China know what its doing they wont fire a single shot at us, chances are it might be us initiating a stupid war and end up like Georgia.
