    Front squat -
    worked up to 235lb x 2

    DB Presses - 3x8
    Lateral Raises - 3x10
    Supine grip lat pull down - 3x6
    Hammer and bicep curl - 2x10 ea.
    Leg raises

    Clean and Jerk: (in KG everything)
    - worked up to 100x1 missed jerk, then 80 4x2, then 90 + missed jerk , then 80 5x1

    murag nag gawas akong endorphins dri kay ni numb akong lawas for mga 3 secs nya nawala tanan kapoy/pamaol. first timer!!

    Push Press:
    - worked up to 80 3x2

    Squat:
    - worked up to 140 5x1

    Snatch:
    - worked up to 50 2x1
