superman doesnt even travel 99% light speed. it took him 20 mins. to get to the sun from earth. 8 mins is what it would have took him to travel at 99% light speed. again, you try to over hype him with bio's uve read which is rather inconsistent of his established powers. again, show me a scan where he goes at those kinds of speeds.

and you still neglect when i pointed out kaio-ken which increases goku's power x times over. coupled that with kamehamehas, instant transmission, superior martial arts. goku wins it. and thats not even in SS modes. superman cant stand such barrages. his invulnerability cant hold out that long. even captain marvel has knocked him out in one punch.

You however, neglected the fact that:
Kaio-Ken drains him
Kame Hame Ha takes time to charge(the time it takes to say Ka-Me-Ha-Me-Ha! slowly LAWL) and drains him
Instant Transmission takes time(the time it takes for Goku to press his finger on his forehead)

And no, kamehameha doesnt need a charge time. you're the one making that up. and with opponents like freeza, coola, cell, buu and vegeta who u can count as universal threats, you bet he has more chance defeating them than superman. and you dont see superman using pressure points at all times when you try deeming it as the best possible approach in defeating goku. goku's martial arts is far superior to superman's. captain marvel's magical lightning is a good example in which supes gets damaged. he should have been damaged by etrigans flames. again, blame comic inconsistency. thats the joy of having one writer.

And again with teh comic book inconsistency, were debating about the characters here, if its shown in canon then they can do it.
Goku is not without inconsistencies too you know, a needle can pierce his skin, a NEEDLE! handled by a normal human.

even Wizard magazine has Goku winning over Superman in their vs Showdown.

the only way i see superman winning over Goku is if it were Pre crisis Supes or Superman 1 million. But i believe Superman with a motherbox could hand Goku his ass.

On his basic form, he was training 100x Earth gravity at Freeza Saga. After Freeza Saga, Vegetta was training 400=500x the Earth gravity and still Gokou is stronger. how much more if he's in his SS3??

Brolly was an original SuperSaiyan... At his rate, he can destroy a galaxy, he didn't even reach to SS3.

And while kaio -ken drains goku, it still beats superman silly. x times power increase. and like ive mentioned before, thats not even using the super saiyan mode which way much of a power boost. and yes, KHH doesnt need a charge time. Guess you havent seen him do a quick blast KHH i believe. and havent you seen his fight w buu where he punches buu sky high which he then teleports behind and does a KHH? no charge time there.

and the pictures only show superman flying at high speeds. no indication there of 99% light speed. even the one where hes flying darkseid to the sun (thats in superman/batman i believe) and the one with sentinel/ green lantern.

while the pictures show incredible feets, it still doesnt prove to be a guaranteed victory over goku. heck, the comics rarely shows supes fighting at hyperspeeds.

The scenario you presented is most unlikely.
first, Goku cannot tag Superman because Supes is too fast.
second, Goku doesnt know about Supermans Red Sun weakness
third, the scenario has become in character and hence Goku would not destroy the Earth just to win against Superman
and fourth, if Goku does destroy the Earth, Superman would not kill himself but would kill Goku...just like when he thought Wonder Woman was Doomsday who killed Lois Lane, he was pissed off and tried to kill Wonder Woman. They even reached the sun fighting were Superman threw a punch at Wondy that knocked her from the Sun back to Earth. That battle lasted 1:54 seconds

KHH will never break Superman, Superman absorbed anti-sun, ANTI-SUN energies that can vaporize the galaxy at the minimum, Goku doesnt have that kind of power, otherwise the Spirit Bomb wouldnt have been necessary. Also, Superman can just dodge(Photons > KHH) and Goku will run out of energy trying to hit him.
Prove that he is faster. Superman at best is faster than light. I dont believe Goku is even near the speed of lightning. And its proven by the fact that he uses IT to go around the Newtonian Earth of DBZ.
