    Only if SOKOR detects the launch vehicle while it's still below 79,500 feet (max altitude of the Patriot). This is an ORBITAL launch, and thus the ascent profile will be steep. I estimate that it will be well over 60,000 ft when it reaches SOKOR, and it will still climb to beyond 350,000 feet (space).
