its a big amount of cash that you are giving out to a stranger, and as what i've read, ni ingun si seller nga mao daw na iyaha gi kuha sa iya supplier which is iyahang sala kay wala siya kahibaw sa iyang gi baligya, and what is wrong with the buyers is kulang sila sa info or sa specs sa ilang gi palit.

SOLUTION: E ULI ANG KWARTA AND IF MU BUY OR MU SELL, MU HATAG UG 3 OR 1WEEK PERSONAL WARRANTY/MONEY BACK.

ME: February 16, 04:28pm - Sir, naa pa imo iphone 3gs 16gb? Paliton nako sa metro gaisano ta kita magpauban na lang ko kay di ko familiar sa place.

ME: February 16, 11:35pm - Hi sir, good evening. Sorry to bother you this late but i need to inform you that the unit you gave me is not 3gs but 3g only. when i got home i tested and checked the unit. i went to camera but there is no video capability thus i went to apple website and enter the unit's serial number and it confirms that the unit is only a 3g 16gb and not 3gs 16gb. Please replace this unit with the correct one. i can meet you tomorrow same place. thanks.

For the record, I do think that the seller did not really know that it wasn't a 3gs. What frustrates me is seller becoming PONTIUS PILATE nga nanghugas na lang sa iyang mga kamot anyway naka kwarta na man siya... FAET!!!

Hi sis, did you report the incident directly to BeOR or to the MODS for the cellphone forums? If wala pa sis, better do so para ila sad ma investigate ang seller para dili na ni mahitabo sa uban istoryans. Very disappointing jud na maka buy ka ug product na less then what you expected and what was promised sakit pa jud sa bulsa. Hope your issue will be resolved

@pixie77 wala pa lagi sis... unsaon diay pag report? recent update.... ako na nabaligya ang phone but ang nakapalit naka discover nga guba ang phone so mag meet me para mapaayo ang unit at my own expense.... grrr, grabeh jud ka way puangod si boblersoft.

kung salbahis pa lang ko nga seller, technically wa na jud unta koy labot sa nakapalit kay they tested the item for almost two hours and wala juy problema tapos i gave 1 day warranty which ended today at 2:15pm tapos at 3:45pm today nanawag siya nga guba ang phone. but still because i am human nga naa konsensya, i wanted to have my buyer there money's worth. unta ani sad tanan ang mga seller sa istorya dili kay dayon lang panghugas murag si poncio pilato....
