I have a dilemma promoting it or not promoting it
....meaning if mailhan napud ni maayo daghan napud mangadto then chances are ma vandalized na pud ni
graffitti/suwat2x diri "I was here 2011", kuha souvenir diri..balion..buk-on para lang makakuha madala sa balay ipanghambog or himu-on trophy...daghan putos sa mcdonalds or jollibee, beer, softdrink bottles and cans....kabalo namo kanang pataka labay

Maayo unta positive promotion kanang lets not just promote it as a destination or suroyanan
but, also lets promote it as something the needs our care, protection and preservation.
also pud hopefully dili ma overly develop ang lugar and keep it as much as possible in its natural state

Kay husahay ang tourism authorities nato dawat lang sa income and dili ka invest sa protection sa lugar.

If I wa ko masayop if was during those times in the mid 90s nga gipa usu ug maayo ang trekking and mountain climbing and daghan nangapil pud kay tungod lagi usu2x or fad but not because they are genuine nature lovers
basta na usu gyud toh and gipa usu because of this promotional ang marketing strategy to this certain local outdoor gear brand nga basta lang maka orgranize ug outdoor expedition para mahalin ila baligya..tanan maka kuyog nag pataka lang labay sa ilang basura didto...at least man lang unta ang organizers maka control and advise unta pero engrossed ra kaayo sila sa sales nila....just business lang.

at least lang lets be sincere if we love the place lets protect it

Look, common sense would tell you that we all can't be Captain Planet. We can't control the *****s who love vandalizing whatever they can get their hands onto or people who care less about where to put their trash. But somehow I am positive that the government and certain organizations or institutions would help ensure the preservation of the natural beauty PPUR possesses.

You keep saying let's just not promote it, let's protect it as well, I hope we do this, do that. Why not walk the talk? I mean you make sense, I'm sure. But instead of telling people what you want to happen, why don't you help start in making it happen? I would prefer to read posts that would start with what they've done to help promote, protect, etc., etc., rather than posts starting with "I suggest..."
