as you know dili bya na 15days jud sa cut off.. sometimes 10-12 days. see month of january, from 1-15th kay 10days ra bcoz of weekends.
so, its 641x10days = 6410 (assuming there's no deduc.s)
641x22days = 14102 (1month)

Basta ang giingon daw ky no deductions w/n the 1st month/training period.
Wala pa daw sila kahibaw sa schedule or sa training hours.
