oh no, gravely no...that would be doing what most of us are doing right now... a flawed philosophy can only be corrected through awakening the people through reason... but greed seems to override any reason, and we want the government to take care of us, in one or another, but also we don't want to be inconvenienced by it.... eliminate other jobs the government is doing now and leave them to the free market instead...

understand?? each other?? with over 18 major dialects in our country, understanding is already a problem.

Filipinos are getting hard headed. simple laws we cant even follow. di pwede mu labang, mu labang ghapon. naay sky walk, adto jud ghapon sa dalan mu labang. no left turn, liko ghapon. ayaw labay dri, labay ghapon. these are simple rules or laws that we should be following. it shows what kind of DISCIPLINE we have. ug unsay buhaton sa badlungon?? aw silotan jud para ma tagam!

its high time pud tngai nga naay IRON FIST balik dri sa pinas kay sobra na ka gahi ug ulo ang mga taw. (pero ayaw lang si PNoy tawn). SOBRA NA KA PAMPERED! kusog na kau mu reklamo. bisan duol sa police station maka dare pa ghapon ug pamusil o pangawat! if a right dictator who is a disciplinarian is needed, then I AM ALL EARS to this. as for me, di man ko bugo sad. i can follow simple rules and regulations. how hard is it to throw a piece of candy wrapper into a trash bin?? as for the others, sa mga hinay ug walay disiplina, catch up na lang mo!

Department of Education, DTI, NDRCC, SSS, Phil Health, DSWD.... these are some of the departments the government can slowly eliminate.... these are instilled because of market failures, the government wish to put some sort of guarantee for the citizens... however, there is a lot of danger in government failures than market failures... what we are experiencing is a government failure...

its as simple as this...all of these expenditures came from our own pockets without consent.... Let's discuss Dep Ed. How many billions of wasted money is spent when we adopted a policy of providing education for all Filipinos? Its a negative investment that spills over to economic depressions. Its a pool for corruption, malversation of funds, etc.... All welfare programs sucks the economic wealth of ALL citizens. There is nothing produce that is of any value. "But we get well educated people who can be productive!" Yeah, they leave the country to find better careers..."So, let's put a requirement to make it mandatory for them to stay in the country!" Oh, should we violate Constitutional rights to make sure we get what we paid for in their education?
It doesn't matter if its Dep Ed, DSWD, SSS, or any welfare program, they ultimately contribute to the deficits of the economy, penalizing the honest taxpayers. Nobody will ever try to connect rise in price with the failed education system but i tell you, any short of funds of the entire economy from which the funding of these programs come will cause inflation, and force the government to seek additional funds through foreign borrowing and "creative" tax schemes...

although misunderstandings came majority from our government but even to those who are not actively supporting the government don't even understand each other..

NPA's, MILF and abu sayyaf don't even understand each other.

Barely, I guess. Even few people in this forum itself are too quick to point their fingers on other people. Some point to the gov't or its agency while others to fellow istoryans. Few are too quick to point other people's mistake without even trying to think of ways to correct their own mistake or provide better alternatives. Too sad.

But hey, is it not the same with just about ANY nationality? I am not quite sure, though.
