One good reason to say NO is to stick to your plans. Take the board exam first, then level up this relationship. One at a time, slowly but surely. You’re still young. I think you're studying or reviewing for your board exam and you think, relationship is a distraction (as of now right?). Telling him that is good enough for him to back off and wait and don’t pressure. Don’t break your plans just because of the pressure he's giving you. Abi pa lang easy girl ka or you can't hold on to what you said. In short, no backbone, or just trying to test the waters if it's deep or shallow. Which is a turn off to some (enlightened) guys. (kanang pa dli-dli pero madala ra diay inig sunod balik)
Make him as an inspiration in your review para maka pass sa exam and stick with what you promise to him. Lucky guy!
On the other hand, if you think he's not really the one for you. Maybe you kinda dislike his taste, he's too rich for you to mess around, your not attracted to him in the beginning, you're hesitant ... fill in the blank reasons... etc. don't get offended, tell him the truth! 7-month courtship is a too long period of time to waste effort, time and money. In short, are you really worth the wait? (Sorry, this is not meant to bash on you. Just asking. hehe)
