I am a freelance web developer... i have knowledge both web design ang programming...

I learn design about 3 months... maurag sak2 nana.. and you will learn in web design f magsige lang gud ka ug buhat ug mga design.... you don't have to learn everything para makamao gud ka.. but most tools na imo gud gamiton kay photoshop,css,html,flash and javascript....

I can advise to you theres no need for you to go to school para makat on ka.. kay same lang japon basic ra nah ila itudlo.. but if you are very interested to learn just research to the internet.. you can get a lot of tutorials in the internet.. anha ra ko nakat on ug designing..
