We are closely working with Mandaue City government to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles in the area. We actually started the road repair and widening of Bakilid Street. We also provided jeepney and taxi stop as well as a drop-off area for private vehicles inside the property to make sure that AS Fortuna will not be congested during peak hours. Rest assured that we are doing all we can to make your visit more comfortable and enjoyable.

Good to know sir that you are planning ahead with this traffic concern considering this mall is strategically located in a busy area, We just hope that traffic rules will be strictly implemented as we all know that our PUJ here and some private vehicles including passengers are disregarding even basic traffic regulations.

so nice. I live at the back of the Mall itself .I heard a callcenter will also be established on this mall. Yahooo, I hope theirs also a movie theater on this mall. Convenient for us living in Bakilid 1 & 2. Job & business oppurtunity aswell for residence living near by.

The JCENTRE MALL in AS Fortuna is owned by Everjust Realty Development Corp. and develop by H.S. Pow Construction and Development Corp. The junior anchor stores are, SM Hypermarket, ACE Hardware and Watsons.

Soft opening on September 2011 and watch out for the Grand Weekend Launching on November 11, 12 and 13, 2011 with national and local Bands and special celebrity guests.
