Okay ni cya nga bill but I don't think applicable ni cya sa atong nasod as of now. If the purpose of the bill to reduce the air pollution from the emission of old automobile, focus nalang guro sa clean air act na bill, e augment lang ang implementation. In this way maka ban ra gihapon ug mga old automobile pero kadto rang walay saktong maintenance.

bisan asa brad, di na applicable.... dili tanan anak ug politiko ug obispo nga pwede mangayo ug latest model sa sakyanan....
even in the US, di ni mo-pasar nga balaod....hinay-hinay nag ka-boang na gyud na si meriam... a 3-year old vehicle is still a very good vehicle....unless you bought it from Unitop....

[QUOTE=mlhl@7;10494052e augment lang ang implementation. [/QUOTE]

no matter how thick that doorstopper called Constitution is, it's the implementation that's the problem.....not new laws.....
