a little of education and most of experience.... education kay para dili ka ma ilad and have some common thinking... the rest is for experience na dayon....

I am sorry but I have to totally disagree with you.
daghaaaaaaaaaaan kaayu ko graduates na ilhan na grabeh ka ogob ghapon. ug ang tao kamao ug naningkamot, ug aware sa iyang surroundings kay he's set for life..
please guys, do not discriminate ang uban na wla kahuman ug skuyla kay if they had to work earlier than expected, it means they are not as fortunate as some of us are..
look at the very poor quality of education we have now.. tsk tsk tsk!
When I was in high school I wanted to quit kay my English teacher didn't even speak decent english.. she was such an arss... I was so disgusted...
do not think you're high and mighty and better than anyone who hasn't finished school because the only difference is that piece of paper you have.. and you don't wear that on your face..
remember that life is not a test paper... you do not find the answer to life's problems in any of those textbooks that weigh a ton inside your school bag
if you have finished school, stop being an arss and get over it
and if you haven't, just try your best. school isn't a race and don't be insecure of those who have, you definitely know it when you have it in you....
i think both is needed kay naa man gud nindot makuha theories sa education sa experience ang actual man
up lang ko ron
They always go together. To get the most of education (the things you learn) you need to practice (or use) what you've learned thus giving you experience. Experience thus in turn also gives you education (more knowledge and wisdom). And the cycle goes on.
Knowledge without action is useless. Actions without learning anything from them... well you'll end up making the same mistakes over and over again.
I guessed what the thread starter tries to ask is .....Which one is more important, to be educated by undergoing the formative years of learning or learning things simply by experience without the benefit of schooling..........so this is what i have to say, in our modern times where we live in a world of works where there is no work for everyone, then and there education plays a vital role. Needless to say, to stay competitive you have to have the right education, for those educated...outwit your peers by gaining experience. Most employers today seek employees with advanced training from apprenticeships. None of these opportunities are available to the young person who has not earned school diploma. Education is the starting point on the road to achieving a well-paying, satisfying career. It has become a rite of passage leading to post-grad training. To paraphrase an old commercial, “you can’t go anywhere without it.”
Dpende, kung naa kay kwarta daan, prefer education first then experience dayon. Atleast naa nakay background daan. Then later on pwede naka mo experience. Sad to say daghan jud mga taw nga lisud karun. Mao mag work sa sila para sa ilang education..
actual experience nindot pero dili ko mo deny mas nindot gyd if naa kay gamay na theory.
Both. You need to learn the ABCs of business (education) in order to put it into practice and experience.
