Bro ang mga tao man gud sa atoa is d pa kaayo educated when it comes to wild life... Pagari nko US, na-amaze jud ko kay ang goryon dri d jud mahadlok ug tao... Igo lang mupadaplin inig agi nimo pero d jud magalibwagay ug lupad.. Same as the pigeons, doves and other birds... Sa florida protected ang snakes ug maski crocodile/alligator. Dapat ang DENR magpost sa elementary schools ug unsay venomous snakes, reptiles ug uban pa nga naa dha sa atong nasod...

TRUE... Ive been feeding these wild dove for about 4 days and seems that they're tame, some of them even eat in my hand too bad lang pix na kaon cla in my hand..

yes i can agree with you at some points bro. The DENR does lack holding facilities for sequestered animals but that is highly due to budget problems. Do you know that there are only 2 DENR personnel that is in charge for monitoring the influx of animals here in Cebu? That is a lot of job for only two persons who are on a meager budget and salary. Lets not put the blame so much on DENR but more on the priority of our existing government. If environmental concerns were on the top priority then this could have been prevented. More so, the keeping of sea turtle at hand is a necessity as it is an evidence for the pursuance of suit cases against perpetrators or poachers.....as to why they are kept soooooo long and not being released back to the wild......ask your Justice system as to why an endangered life be made to wait for an arrainment.

Streets name is Escario. DENR people cant do a raid on their own. They coordinate with the local police and other NGOs (i.e. CBCF, local zoos) and the local Government otherwise their force would be insignificant and more so, the local police or the executive body are the ones who can put the traders in jail.
