    rule of the thumb, ayaw jud ug awol kay bad record kaau na...pangita na lang ug rason na maka-immediate resignation ka..arang2x pa. or better yet, render na lang jud ug 30 days..antusa..hehehe

    y man mo AWOL nga pwede man mo resign.immediate resignation.me in my case, when i worked in Stream,wa gidawat ako resignation then nahan na au ko mohawa.By right, kinahnglan jud dawaton sa company ang resignation..so paaugat mn ang SDM. so what i did, naa mn tay insurance noh,so nagpaexectuitve check up ko and then, mibalik ko sa SDM with all the docs and siad na i am filing immeditae resignation.if dili nmi dawaton, adto tas sa labor mag abot.hahaha,,hadlok ang SDM,gidawat lage,

    so meaning maayo diay ka wla man dawata imo resignation. good to know... dili guro madawat nila muhawa ka, hehe

    ngano mag awol man gyud? dili na diay mahimo mo tender ug resignation or immediate resignation?


    Sa akong first job, I tendered my resignation on a monday, my last official working day was thursday of the same week
    pananghid lang ug tarong, cons lang sa immediate resignation is dili nimo makuha tanan nimong benefits like accrued vacation and sick leaves.. the management even tried to persuade me in revoking my resignation by almost doubling my salary and giving other perks pero naka decide na gyud ko mohawa, ila gani gisugo uban nako mga well-trusted friends sa company nga storyahan ko para dili mo resign, makatawa lang ko mag huna-huna sa ilang mga moves...hehe

    If dili nila dawaton imong resignation letter, try to mail 1 copy to your employer through a courier, signifying that they have already received your letter and they can't pursue legal actions against your "AWOL"

    before ko nag awol bro nag tender nako og immediate resgnation . but our manager didn't accept it ..

    anbg uban company ky dapat naa ka medical reason with proof para sugtan ka sa immediate resignation.. ky luoy pd kaau ang companya if dretso ka hawa, nag invest baya sila nimo..
