ah ok, ayaw lang kay di man jud ni mainstream nga diet.
actually ga think sad ko nga ma constipated ko due to puro meat and minimal veggies. but wala raman.
I read nga ma maximize jud ang digestion sa meat if walay extenders like rice mao minimal ra kaayo ang waste.
although due to mostly bacon, beef, pork, I got high cholesterol, low HDl, high LDL, and high uric acid,
so Ill switch to mostly chicken and fish to try and slightly bring down my cholesterol and increase my HDL.
As for roughage, I think mao na trabaho sa veggies ako gikaon.
kay rather than rice, utan nalang ako paris sa ako mga meals.
