Kung strikto nagkuha driver's license, mugamay ba ang disgrasya sa dalan?

aside from strictly testing applicants, there's also the need to enforce our laws consistently- national/local so people would be mindful when they are behind the wheels. aside from that, those who has incurred more than three violation in a year should be suspended from driving and have to undergo a refresher course... now, who would want to violate the law if we implement the full force of the law that's been there since eons ago

actually our LTO is very strict in terms of issuing driver's licenses (especially if we don't have any something good to give) but if somebody who is applying for such license offer them money to make the requestor pass and will be issued license, nawawala yung pagka-strict nila.
I'm not saying that this is applied to everybody in LTO ha but karamihan talaga meron.
If all of them is sincere in the policy and of being strict, then i do believe mogamay jud ang disgrasya.

its not how u acquire ur license guys,its how much knowledge u have on how to drive safely.everybody that got a license needs to be educated about the rules and regulations.

Wala man sa license na man sa tao, kung kaskasero gyud ang driver bisan pa sa US nikuhag license.

mobalik man jud gihapon ta sa disiplina. pero ang policies man sad gud sa pinas, walay mahadlok kay wala man say if ifollow ba sa driver or not. let say, bisan kapila pa ka makadasmag, basta masettle na nimo ang gikasumpaki, the rest ok na. If imo na icompare sa US, dili ka kadrive unless wala kay insurance, by the way ang insurance is sa tawo dili sa sakyanan. then once naa ka ka violations, magkadako imo insurance. so mapugos ka ug disiplina sa imo kaugalingon or else magkadako imo bayaran. Imagine you have to pay roughly $100/month just for the insurance. then additional $15, mnore or less, if naay accidents or something. Then if wala ka violations or accidents, your insurance premiums mogamay.

Also, testing sad didto is strickto, if hagbong ka sa test, hagbong jud ka. Let's say road signs, 20/25, if 19 imoha, usab jud ka apply.
