I have a Desire Z.

The reason why I chose android over iOS was the freedom to do whatever you want with your phone.
You bought it, its yours, why cant you make it do what you want right?

Pwede raman i-jailbreak ang iPhone but that voids your warranty.

I flashed my Desire Z into stock android 2.3 now its very zippy and fast. If I wanted to get it fixed I'd flash it back to the original HTC Firmware w/ HTC Sense and there wouldn't be any issue with warranties. (or so I've been told)

Just like Mac vs PC, Android vs iOS is very subjective. They fulfill different needs for different people (with different pockets )
