    im not affected about it..kever akong show coz i know i did it naa good purpose and in the first place I DONT OWE THEM ANYTHING!!!!!...na provoke rako sa ilang gihagit2x nko na i TERMINATE KO DAYON if mo absent pakog balik...

    take note: i ask permission already na mo absent ko its because naa ko impt. family gathering na attenan..
    and u know unsa tubag..DILI JUD DAW! cz daghan reasons..DILI DAW VALID AKONG REASONS NA MO ATTEND UG FAMILY GATHERING..wat da! expect nlng mo if you get hired of that GOOD COMPANY (ibutang ta lang) goodbye to all your SOCIAL LIFE...kay mawgtang na tanan..coz himuan ug issue tanan imung absence...I can attest to that even one of the TL na disappoint sa ilang stupidity..maka absent lng ug kausa big ish na kaayo nila..mura rabag unsa na kompanyaha..purya gaba! no wonder daghan nag AWOL...

    Hmm I guess wala najud pag.asa ilang company.lol Gikapoy nako ani na topic.haha They should review our labor code and management manual!

    Or Use root cause analysis why your employees are leaving you and why they don't even apply for resignation. Then use bubble chart so you can identify what problems/issues to prioritize. Obviously, the main/root cause of your problems is not the employees but the management.

    If the management will take care and love its employees, the employees will do the same and won't leave.

    Im assuming you're a Korean ESL school. Since you are based here in Cebu, you should abide our labor code else you are not allowed to do business here.

    I know your company is not that big BUT members of the management should have basic understanding with labor code and management.

    Know the reasons, find a solutions and seek for improvements, this is very basic of a team leader.
