hmmm let me see im on a diet so it goes like this
breakfast - 1/2 rice
lunch - 1/2 rice
dinner - 1/2 rice
so that will have a total of 1 1/2 hehehe hope i dont break this setup so i will have my diet hehehe

i want to minimize to 1 rice per meal lang.
