Actually bai daghan ni gamit ang downside lang sad ani kay sobra kamahal sa fuel. Approx. P560,000 for 1 month for 3 choppers so 1 million+ for 2 months. Very expensive expenditure. Mao ni akong giingon nga dapat naay proper planning and do a test run, dili cguro adlaw2x ni nila gamiton or whatever. Kay basin unyag gamiton na para emergency, dili na magamit kay nahutdag fuel. I think this is a useful for aerial surveillance and rescue operation and this must be used officially not for the personal purposes of the higher government official.
