i don't see the point of whining about why HR personnel do this or don't do that. that's beyond your sphere of influence. focus on what YOU can do.
the thread is as simple as it is presented here.

i am not whining. and "sige reklamo" is not an accurate description of me!

that is a senseless comment you blunty put here as if you are way up in some pedestal made of sand!

i am only seeking to discuss here if job applicants have the RIGHT to be told the reason/s why they were not hired.

if you posit on the negative, then present your case.

attack the issue not the poster, in this case ME. for i am not whining nor making "sige reklamo"!

    are we clear on that?

Human Resources man kaha na sila.. with degrees in psychology. but they dont seem to merit their appreciation of the fact that we job seekers are also human...though not considered a resource to them.
and what does this have to do again with the topic?

i dunno with you, TS, but that sounds like a LOT of reklamo on things you don't have control over. oh well, it's easier to whine about the HR personnel than actually call them up or pay a visit, right?

a modicum of intelligence should be able to answer your own question, however, with a lack of such, no amount of explanation might suffice..

the issue is. "Do I have the right?" it stems from HR playing god to make it appear that job applicants are mere mortals and DO NOT have rights at all!

yes i do not have control but i can plant the seed right here right now on those fertile minds of the job seeker.

we job hunters and seekers, are not mere mortals and you HRs are not gods!

Well, it may not even be the HR's decision as to why you weren't hired. It maybe that the HR has been requested from an individual or department to do the recruiting and initial screening for applicants.

Aside from that, there maybe several reason for such decision. And each individual may have different interpretations for each reason.
