i don't see the point of whining about why HR personnel do this or don't do that. that's beyond your sphere of influence. focus on what YOU can do.

i am only seeking to discuss here if job applicants have the RIGHT to be told the reason/s why they were not hired.

i wonder why they are called HR when they do not seem to respect us lowly job seekers as having the tiniest amount of dignity telling us that we have been rejected and the reasons why so we may not make the same mistakes as we move on.

Human Resources man kaha na sila.. with degrees in psychology. but they dont seem to merit their appreciation of the fact that we job seekers are also human...though not considered a resource to them.

the issue is. "Do I have the right?" it stems from HR playing god to make it appear that job applicants are mere mortals and DO NOT have rights at all!

yes i do not have control but i can plant the seed right here right now on those fertile minds of the job seeker.

Well, it may not even be the HR's decision as to why you weren't hired. It maybe that the HR has been requested from an individual or department to do the recruiting and initial screening for applicants.

Aside from that, there maybe several reason for such decision. And each individual may have different interpretations for each reason.
