cropping is different from resizing or scaling.
Cropping is when you cut something out of the whole. Resizing or scaling is taking the whole into a desired size while keeping the aspect ratio aron di ma distort. Ang importante mag assign ka sa saktong color profile ug sa saktong dpi sa imong target size, in case sa photo lab nga gagmay ra ug prints, 300dpi ang recommended setting sa ilang printer.
Kung ang target media for printing lahi ang aspect ratio kay sa image taken by the camera, you have to resize then crop, ang part nga di maigo di na maapil ug print. Factors affecting image quality will be the resizing/scaling algorithm, sharpening nga gigamit on the final output image, kind of paper and printer assuming no adjustment is made on the printer. There should be no color, density and sharpening adjustment on the image by the printer, all are set before hand during post processing. The printer simply do the printing, nothing more.
naay mas klaro na explanation dire:
Understanding resizing, resampling, and cropping images | Photoshop, Photoshop Elements
Ang gikalibgan siguro ang resizing nga naay resampling ug ang resizing nga walay resampling.
Using the crop tool to resize and image does not resample the image mao maka ingon nga nindot ra ug resulta.
Kung mag resize unya enable ang resampling, naay kausaban. Technically, resizing the image without resampling is the way to go, it's just like the crop tool used to resize and by default no resampling is done.
On the other hand, the crop tool I am talking about is in cropping mode and used to crop something out of the whole thing and is not used to resize the image. Just want to make clear aron walay libog. hehe

Just another reason I don't use photoshop to process my photos for printing, I don't have to deal with unnecessary tools, I want to focus on my photos and not the editing tools. hehe
In Bibble, RAW to image for printing can be done with a single hot key that I assigned then I can proceed to another image to process. When I send out the last image, all is done.
Thanks for the info bro, we are aware of the difference between cropping and resizing naman hehe.
The question since you said that it can be done is on "how to do it", for example like the RAW pics we have to 5x7 picture size without cropping and without affecting the image quality, what could be the scaling algorithm for that specific picture size? Sorry to bother you about it, it seems you are the one who can answer it man gud. Really appreciate your time!
(reading the link that you've posted hehe hopefully ma enlighten nko ani thanks2x)

How to resize an image from Bibble RAW processor for printing.
In this video we will prepare an image for 5"x7" jpeg at 300dpi ready for printing.
A hot key, this case 7, is assigned so that every time we press 7 on an image, a 5x7 output is done.
You can hit Full screen option on the right bottom part for better view.
