It's a combination of factors. They are writing things so fast, and it's words that are long and not easy to read. Try writing Tetracycline, Dexmethylphenidate, Levalbuterol and the like all day.
But in US and other developed countries, you would rarely see doctors writing. everything is done in the computer. lol

i thought they had their own set of handwriting hehehe i mean shortcuts to medical transciption..their own language.
