    Lisod man kontrahan ang mga dagkong tawo sa imo workplace oi.. influencial kaayo na sila mao na kung di na jud kaya sa imo pride hawa na lang. But if ganahan ka naa impact imo paghawa show them how you are important first then while naa ka sa peak diha na hawa.. Kana mura fair jud haha.

    Mao bah bro? Ka paet sad ana nga consultant oi. I know not all foreigners are like that... Natungnan lang gyud mo bro.

    I don't think na healthy pa gyud mu stay ug in ana nga companies. Maayo gani ka bro ni leave gyud ka ana nga company.

    Uhh... Yeah I know. But I'm asking is, HOW to deal? I'm not saying to expect them to be sweet and friendly?

    And I disagree about being a boss has to be selfish. I think that's just one-sided.

    A: You said it yourself you don't expect them to be sweet and friendly - Deal with it! If you ask "how to" then it's up to you -don't let the voice of a stranger tell you what to do with your boss - if someone tells you to put him/her down, or quit or talk back will you follow? i guess not.     A: Do you think that there are only 2 kinds of boss in this world, Good and Bad? Look sweety, if this is your first job i'm surprised you're still coming to work everyday and yes you are learning the hard way - but it will pay off good in the future. If this is your second or third job - u know what to do.

    btw, you're saying about selfish - in what way you concluded your boss is a selfish? it hurts my feeling coz i'm a boss too.
