from capitol you will take the road going to Oprra.. If you are familiar with the Mayflower Pension house near capitol, the street where it is located is the one that leads up to Oprra/capitol hills, that is where the no.15 jeepney (OPRRA) route is going...

the unit is studio-type. The bedroom, living room, dining and kitchen share common space. it has one Toilet & bath in every bachelor's pad unit...

we also have one vacant 2-storey apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a maids room on the ground floor..a common toilet and bath located also at the ground floor...its 10,000 pesos/month and terms of payment is one month advance two months deposit.
