i got a reply from biometrix already regarding this, outbound calls ni siya. so seems like wel be selling something. The investment needed is also quite hefty even for 20 seat capacity call center, about 1.5M.

I have a friend who has two internet cafe's. I'm trying to help him out to convert his internet cafe into a Call Center at night time. :mrgreen:

He have a 10 seater and a 15 seater cafe. Don't know the procedure and the costing. Please help me out. :mrgreen:

Hello everyone... I think before deploying a business like call center... Very important to ask is "Why would you want Call Center?" (aside from big money and bec mao na ang "IN" karon nga bizns and it's like mushroom growing just everywhere).... Is your business plan for long term? (How long?)... and how much risk can you afford to take

In my friends case, i think he would go for long term.

Anyway, as I see it, his CC operations will just be from 10pm down to 6am. At day time,

it will be a normal Internet cafe. I don't know for now if this works. We just hope so. :mrgreen:
