well, my experience is not that bad naman. my problem begun after the taiwan earthquake, or was it? their broadband is not doing well. i can log-in to their server but got no bandwidth.
now it's an ON and OFF phenomenon. sometimes i have a bandwidth... when i complained it to the customer service in ayala they promise to have a rebate.
