Globe? They sucks!!! Why?

2. Don't refund in case you have service interruption.In my case,I had 10 days of no service with both(broadband and landline) and yet I didn't received even a single centavo as rebate.I complained at SM and to der 24 hours helpdesk daw,ingun lang nga automatic na daw sa next bill.niabot akong bill the other day,wala jud bsan osa ka dako nga rebate.Limos nalng nako sa ilaha!

sus abi nako ako ra nay kalagot sa globe oi...i had several kalagot experience with them...usa na ng SERVICE INTERRUPTION unya mga guys naa raba sa everything else na nag post og looking for globe subsribers..ahak bya,d naman gani cla ka atiman na existing subscribers then ngita nasaad lain...para ra gyud maka kuata cguro...the management of globe is "USELESS".if id rate globe, zero gyud!!!

ahhh!!! leche ning Globe!!! almost 1 month mi walay dial tone!!! sige namog follow.up, wla jud nila ayoha!!! ang nakasamot kay gipabayad mi sa monthly dues!!! leche!!

as in gyud ning globe tawn oi,kami gani kay nagpa line transfer then 3-5 days ra kuno...unsa guy 3-5 days na 1 month ming nagpa abot. maluoy lang ko sa ereps sa 171 kay pirmi nakong kasab an.ang mga supervisors pod nila utro pud na mga pulpol!way ayo,mao unta kung amgsira nana cla oi!cge lang panikas..abi nako kami ray g ingani,daghan diay ta??!!!!

mao jud... kana ila wala au na service ky tongod mana sa ila mga superior..ky kng dli pana cla irisponsabli dli onta na mag in ana ila tao ka ya2x! ky kng maau pana ila mga boss na dapat sakto ang serbisyo mo trabaho jud onta na sakto..so , ang ma blame ana sa tanan ilaha boss..wla sad clear...!

im satisfied, pero sa ilang customer service kai dugay kaayo..pahuwaton pa ka nila then na a sad time na walay mo tubag nimo..but it's ok.

well, my experience is not that bad naman. my problem begun after the taiwan earthquake, or was it? their broadband is not doing well. i can log-in to their server but got no bandwidth.
now it's an ON and OFF phenomenon. sometimes i have a bandwidth... when i complained it to the customer service in ayala they promise to have a rebate.

mao jud.. kalagot ana nila oi.. kami ka2 nami nagbyad sa sm and sa kato ila agent daw... but until now wala gihapon mi taori.. asa man ta maka reklamo ana oi.. kana maokay jud sila ba apil ilang big boss. wala man sad gud sila booth or box para maka reklamo ta ani nila mga tawhana aron mahibawan sa ila boss na in ana cla ka pol2x.

ambot nalang anang mga supervisors/managers sa globe na dli man mu tarong ug handle ug customer complaints. i tried calling 171 hotline...cge lang, mam sori but sir...is on the other line...cge lang on the other line(obvious kau d nahan mo reciv ug call oist, mga talwan bya)
i had so many bad experiences with globe services...super as in...171 ereps answers to my querries seem to be scripted (obvious japon).
sori to say but globelines really sucks...
i i were u, yaw nalang padaun imo pataod og phone nila kay sakit lang imo dughan...cge lang kawala ila dial tone...
