duhh..listen to english speaking tagalogs.....tinagalog lng nila....true: we cebuanos can hardly speak tagalog...but speak flawlessly english.....try calling tech support of globe and smart...they are all manila based...talk to them in english....mag tatagalog pa ang mga gong-gong...
